No matter your spiritual belief one thing is for sure, meditation (the same as a prayer) has been scientifically proven to improve your mood for the day in just a couple of minutes. If you’re not sure what your spiritual belief is, but you are sure that you could use some tips for keeping your mood at peace, it’s cool boo, we got you. Here’s some quick tips on how to upgrade your mood in minutes.

1. Choose quiet space, hopefully facing a window

2. Set a kind alarm for 5 minutes, start small because long meditations take practice

3. Sit or lie with your back and belly fully engaged and aligned

4. Put on some meditation music

  • Envision that the part of your body that is touching the floor is extending like roots

  • Imagine your roots are growing and extending to reach down deep into the center of the earth

  • Feel all the miracle manifesting power touch your roots as you reach the center of the earth

  • Indulge in this wonder working power and trust that this Godly power will give you all the solutions when the time is right

  • Smile as you inhale solutions and exhale all doubt
